This document is a guideline to help small and medium cities of the french brittany region to build their online strategy, website and services. How could knowledge sharing be faster, more efficient and fun ? We have facilitated the authoring meeting using service design methodologies such as roleplay to ease and speed the discussion amongst the different guide stakeholders as well as contributing to its guidelines.
