Uinfoshare/Utilisacteur created for its partnership with the french association "Villes-Internet  a network of "internet for citizen" cities and the "Délégation aux Usages de l'Internet" (french ministry interdelegation on Internet and its usages) the toolkit for the "fête de l'Internet 2011" and its website. It consists of 11 scenarios to explore differently social networks, politic or public service presence and citizen participations.
