On the past 6th to the 8th of July 2011, took place the Lift 2011France, in Marseille, where Utilisacteur held a 3 hours workshop around the methodology Kahn & associates / Utilisacteur mixing information design and service design.

Open Data in 2020 / Microsoft + RSLN
Microsoft france and its french research magazine, RSLN, contracted Uinfoshare/utilisacteur to imagine what could the 2020 city and its services looks like with Open Data, for their conference "Open Data, et nous, et nous, et nous" organized in partnership with the World e.gov forum on March 17th 2011.

On March 11th, 12th, and 13th, the french community of service designers met in Orléans. Within 48 hours, 50 participants, organized in 4 teams, co-created and prototyped innovative services.
