congestion pricing @ San Francisco County Transportation authority
The SFCTA - San Francisco County Transportation Authority currently conducts a "mobility, access and pricing study" to explore congestion pricing opportunities. Several workshops and lunch webinars are organized to inform and gather feedbacks from San Francisco citizens and Business about the upcoming pilots scenarios on congestion pricing.
The geometry of transits, Jarrett Walker perspective @ SPUR
Jarrett Walker, human transit, was giving a speak at the San Francisco Planning + Urban Resarch association on Thursday 22 about the "geometry of transits", in other words about how your transit network is designed. Organic ones, such as Sydney tentacular spreading transit system versus more simple and faster transit systems, our transit networks folllow some laws:
